you people are totally stupid! anybody who knows about anything religious would know that god created everything in this messed up universe. so therefore, the chicken came first.

...according to evolutionary theory, the egg came first.
Since a fertilized egg carries the complete genetic code of the animal that hatches from it, the first chicken hatched from a chicken egg. However, an egg is NOT genetically identical to the animal that lays it. Rather, it is a combination of genes from both its parents (plus a mutation or two). Therefore, the animal that laid the first chicken egg was slightly different and, therefore, not quite a chicken.
Ergo, the egg came first.
Okay, so it's not funny, but I figure you could use a little enlightment once in a while.
