Los Angeles - Actress Kim Delaney, who once played a police detective on television, is on the other side of the law after she was arrested Saturday night, January 28th, for drunken driving.
Police arrested Delaney at her home in Malibu, California, after a witness called them to report an erratic driver, said Sgt. Peter Charbonneau of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Using a cell phone, the witness called police, while following Delaney home.
