Steve McNair arrested for DUI and weapons possession on May 22, 2003. He has a permit for the weapon, but you are not suppose to have the weapon with you when you are hammered. Steve blew a .18 and the state limit is .10. Way to go Steve.

Here you would get 5 years for the weapon possession (minimum) and a driving ban of 12 months maybe .... but where you going to drive to inside ?
