 Rocket Man Builds Backyard Spaceship | | By: BizarreNews | Published: 05/18/2001 | | | |
| BEND, Ore - 44-year-old Brian Walker never finished school. In fact, he dropped out after two semesters of engineering college. But this fact is not keeping him from building a rocket in his back yard. The self-made millionaire has already invested $250,000 in his project. The thrust will be produced by a combination of steam and hydrogen peroxide engines. If all goes as planned his rocket will take him up to 32 miles, where he will experience several moments of weightlessness and then begin to fall back toward Earth. My whole mission is to show what a person can do on his own, says Walker. If I die, I die. I´d rather die trying this than spend the next 40 years bitter that I never made the attempt.

As long as we in the USA continue to give forth to such rich morons I feel that we've done our job. I mean, as long as rich jerk offs like this guy continue to display that spirit of adventure that allows them to say, 'what the hell, I'm gonna do it! Do what I want and damn the consequences', I say "Go ahead you rich asshole, and can you take a few of your buddies with you?" Thank God for that spirit of 'what the hell, I'm gonna do it anyway'.bigfreakinbear

Well one night We, (Kelly and Rachel) were eating dinner with Rachel's sister Sandra and Sandra was babysitting a couple little kids. We started talking about our favorite movies and our favorites parts of them. Sandra said that her favorite movie was Home Alone and Rachel said that her favorite part was when the kid slides down the steps ando out the door. Rachel saw that Kelly had steps and her door was kinda in front of it but a little off to the side. Anyways not thinking right Rachel came up with a stupid idea to find a sled and slide down it and try to go out the door. So we're up at the top with Kelly in front and Me (rachel) in the back. We start going down and Kelly stuck her feet out and she didnt have shoes on. Well we ended up crashing into her front door. So we wouldnt get caught by her mom who was in the basement Kelly ran up the stairs and later all we heard was "Guys! MY FOOT" we looked at it and she had torn tissue and it was pretty bad. Well we couldnt fix it ourselves so we had to tell someone. Me and Kelly went to the hospital with her mom and she got 15 stitches and a fractured foot. She was in a cast with crutches for about 6 weeks. The funny thing about the whole story is that I (Rachel) was right behind kelly in the sled and I didnt get hurt at all...!! We still laugh at ourselves today. Kelly is always looking forward to me getting hurt!!!!

if my whole mission was to show people what I could do on my own and I was gonna spend a quarter of a million doing it, you wouldn't see my ass going up in no damn rocket. Look for me in a jacuzi with about 6 naked women.I came from a tough neighborhood.

It's this kind of damn the torpedos, full-speed ahead attitude that is, for the most part sadly lacking in America today. If only more of these millionaire jerk-offs could have the oportunity to kill themselves off in so splendid a fashion. Come on, 'fortune 500', show us what you're made of, you pantywaists!
