"You know, let me talk about Al Qaida just for a second. I made the statement that we're dismantling senior management, and we are. Our people have done a really good job of hauling in a lot of the key operators. Khalid Shaikh Mohammed. Abu Zubaida. Ramzi--Ramzi alshibh or whatever that guy's name was."—Bush, at a July 30 press conference Source: Washington Post, July 30, 2003

ANDERSON, Ind. (Reuters)
A woman escaped serious injury after her car was bumped by another vehicle into a passing freight train and dragged for more than three miles (5 km) while she telephoned frantically for help, police said Tuesday.

``Some guy has hit me and I'm being dragged ... by a train. Oh, please help,'' Amber Scott, 19, screamed into her cellular phone at an Anderson police dispatcher during the Monday morning mishap.

Scott could not hear the dispatcher's response but her car was finally knocked free by a sign post. Scott climbed from the wrecked car and suffered only cuts and bruises.

Police said Scott was rear-ended at a foggy intersection and was dragged for more than three miles (5 km) at about 30 miles per hour (48 kph) by the Conrail train. The driver of the vehicle that hit her was ticketed for driving without insurance.
