These are the people that should be shot. I have served 12 1/2 years for the USAF. I have been part of Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Noble Eagle and numberous campaigns in between. Everyone stand up and recognize this outstanding artwork. praise (0 replies) started by gmh220 (07.27.2002 3:12:43 PM EST) this sculpture is amazing and it speaks volumes. im very impressed. and although it is made known that the person who did this sculpture was canadian, it only shows the support of the american people and people worldwide. for a moment we were one, all feeling and seeing and hearing the same things. some of us cried- for people we didnt even know. some of us cried because we couldnt beleive that there was a faction so full of jealousy and hatred to organize such a tragedy. some of cried just because there was nothing they could do. americans stood as one that day. our grip has loosened alittle since then now that we are approaching our first year anniversary of that day that rewrote the new chapters in the history books, but we still stand as one. united. live for the hope of peace and do what you can to help it along. Peace.
